General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC” ) apply, without restrictions or reservations, to all sales concluded via the website www.incarvo.com (hereinafter the “Site” ), managed by:

(hereinafter the “Seller” )
with any natural or legal person (hereinafter the “Customer” ) who wishes to make a purchase on the Site.
1. Object
The purpose of these GTC is to define the respective rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the Seller to the Customer via the Site .
2. Products
The products offered for sale on the Site are described as accurately as possible. However, the Seller cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual .
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros , including taxes ( TTC ), excluding shipping costs.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is validated .
Shipping costs are communicated to the Customer before the final confirmation of the order.
4. Order
Any order placed on the Site constitutes a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller , implying full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC .
The Seller will confirm receipt of the order and its details by email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payment is made using the methods available on the Site , in particular by bank card on a secure platform.
Payment data is never accessible to the Seller .
6. Delivery
Orders are processed within 48–72 business hours of validation.
The products are then delivered within an estimated period of 7–10 working days .
Each shipment includes a tracking number , communicated to the Customer via email.
The times indicated are purely indicative. Any delay cannot constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation, unless otherwise provided by law.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code , the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal , without having to provide a reason and without penalty.
The product must be returned in its original condition , complete with packaging, accessories, manuals , and suitable for resale .
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer .
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
8. Legal guarantees
The Seller is responsible for defects of conformity pursuant to articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code , as well as for hidden defects pursuant to articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code .
In the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded .
9. Responsibility
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
The Seller shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage related to the use of the Internet , including service interruptions, external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller or its partners.
Any reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use, even partial, is prohibited without prior written permission .
11. Personal data
The information collected by the Seller as part of an order is necessary for its processing.
This data may be communicated to the Seller 's partners responsible for the execution, management and payment of orders.
Pursuant to the GDPR , the Customer has the rights of access , rectification , opposition and deletion of his/her data.

12. Applicable law and competent court
These GTC are governed by French law .
In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution.
In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the district of the Court of Appeal of Paris .
