Return and Refund Policy

This return and refund policy applies to purchases made on the website www.incarvo.com , managed by the company Incarvo , located at 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France .

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code , the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal , without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties.

2. Return conditions

The Customer wishing to exercise his right of withdrawal must notify his request in writing to the following address:
support@incarvo.it , indicating the order number and references of the products concerned.

The products must be:

  • Unused , undamaged and in their original condition ;

  • Accompanied by all accessories , manuals, original packaging and proof of purchase ;

  • Returned to the address provided by our customer service , subject to authorization.

Returns sent without prior notification or after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. Return costs

Except in the case of an error attributable to Incarvo (non-compliant product, defective item), return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer .

We recommend using a traceable shipping method. Incarvo cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transport.

4. Refund

Once the returned package has been received and verified, Incarvo will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 working days , using the same payment method used for the initial order, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will only concern the returned products . The initial delivery costs will be refunded only if the entire order is returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal .

5. Exceptions to the right of return

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Customized products or products made according to customer specifications ;

  • Sealed products which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if they have been opened after delivery .
